How to care for your hand-tied bouquets
1. Trim
Your bouquet needs a fresh cut! You want to cut at least 1/2" off the stems at a 45 degree angle to allow more surface area to drink water as well as ensure they don't sit flush with the bottom of the vase. PS. If you are a regular happy recipient of our gorgeous blooms, you may wish to purchase a pair of Petals-approved shears for the job!
2. Water
Now it's time to get those beautiful flowers in a vase and give them a drink! Fill the vase with cool, clean water. Clean water prevents bacteria from growing (which is what causes flowers to expire before their time). ALSO - try to change the water DAILY, or as often as you can possibly remember!
3. Share
Give those pretty blooms some love! Keep them out of direct sunlight and extreme heat. Talking to them never hurts either!
